A definition of job security

Seems though that the perks are what some are more concerned about in staying with a job though. If the perks were taken away from those areas that have them, how many of those employees would stick around or would they move down the road to the next company offering a campus with just a few more free toys in the lunch/coffee room/lounge?

I have to agree with grudey, but there are many out there now that truly expect the perks and are quite unhappy when they don't get them or if the perks might disappear.
