You're missing the conversation in another part of this board. The conversation is that you *believe* your employer wants the previously non-union people to be unionized. There is a lot of conversation *proving* that the employer fought hard and long to stop the SEIU from forcing them to unionize. You need to know that if that is what the SEIU is telling you, they are not being truthful. I know why it would matter to them, but why it would matter to you is beyond wonder. I have said that I think you support the SEIU and that is the end of the story. If you guys want rid of the SEIU you can do that, but you want them to stay and that has tt be the only reason why you are fighting to denounce your employer at this point. It has nothing to with the horsesh*it about your employer wanting a union.
I am saying this for the other people who have to listen to you wingeing and bitching and claiming to know more than you do. The SEIU will soon be back bargaining for you and they will do no better than they did for the 4500 people at RCCP and you will not get as much as the SEIU took away from the non-union group they forced into unionization. The SEIU will start telling you that they will get you all the benefits and travel payments and everything else they took away from the non-union group, they will not, ask the RCCP folks.

Who the hell did they get for the arbitration? Sounds like [they] work for RCCP to screw us again
